Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Director of Infrastructure Sales to lead the outbound sales motion for Aerosync, Aeropay’s bank connectivity and financial infrastructure product. This role is foundational to expanding our reach with new customers and driving adoption of core infrastructure services.
You’ll partner closely with our Head of Revenue to develop and execute outbound strategies, build qualified pipelines and own the sales cycle from prospecting to close. Ideal candidates will bring experience selling technical products within FinTech or payments and demonstrate a deep understanding of the competitive landscape — with the ability to confidently position Aerosync against alternative providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with Aeropay’s Head of Revenue, define, own and drive the outbound sales motion for Aerosync, from initial outreach to deal close
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads within target segments
- Craft tailored outreach strategies that resonate with technical and business buyers
- Partner closely with Marketing and Revenue Operations to align on GTM campaigns and performance metrics
- Run high-quality discovery, demos and proposals focused on buyer needs and infrastructure value
- Understand the competitive FinTech landscape and position Aerosync against incumbents and emerging players
- Act as a trusted advisor by clearly and persuasively communicating technical product value
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and executive leadership to share insights and shape the product roadmap
- Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts and performance reporting
- Represent Aeropay at industry events and conferences to support lead generation and brand awareness
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in FinTech, payments or developer infrastructure
- Proven success in outbound sales and hunting net-new enterprise accounts
- Strong understanding of the financial data, bank integration or API infrastructure spaces
- Experience with selling confidently into competitive environments and clearly articulating product differentiation
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Experience working closely with product teams to inform strategy and messaging
- Comfortable in fast-moving, high-growth environments
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $140,000–$160,000 base salary
- This role includes a variable compensation structure based on performance
