Senior Data Product Manager

We’re building comprehensive health solutions that combine medical services and health insurance, with a strong emphasis on reducing healthcare costs through proactive member health management. Our platform empowers members to manage their health through video consultations, prescriptions, lab referrals, and real-time tracking, all from a single app.
We’re looking for a Senior Data Product Manager to lead and develop our data product function. This role owns the strategy for how data is structured, governed, and delivered across the company — powering clinical operations, product features, and business intelligence. Reporting to the CPO, you’ll partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, and stakeholders across the US and Israel to transform raw data into reliable, scalable data assets and clear, consistent metrics.
What you'll own
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for company-wide data needs, including, but not limited to: member/provider analytics, engagement tracking, clinical quality metrics, and claims processing.
- Collaborate closely with business teams, engineering, and product to translate business needs into clear data use cases/ requirements, API contracts, and KPIs
- Establish data SLAs, quality rules, and validation frameworks
- Lead agile planning and execution with Data Engineering & Analytics, including validation and data QA.
- Prioritize competing data needs across clinical, operational, and product initiatives.
- Enable data product adoption through regular training and clear documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Data Product Management with a background in data science or analytics
- Hands-on experience with SQL and modern data warehouses (ex. BigQuery ) and BI tools (ex. Looker)
- Experience building or scaling data platforms.
- Experience with data quality and governance, version control, and change-management practices.
- Proven ability to define and maintain KPIs, SLAs, data quality rules, and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to drive agile execution with Data Engineering & Analytics.
- Excellent written communication — able to translate complex data concepts into clear requirements.
- Comfortable working across distributed teams and time zones.
A big plus:
- Deep experience with healthcare data, including claims, risk adjustment, quality measures, utilization analytics, provider networks, and member-journey analytics.
- Experience with privacy, compliance, or PHI-heavy data environments.
- Experience building data products that support ML or LLM-based features in production.
- Familiarity with clinical data structures (EMR/HER, FHIR, HL7).
