Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager / Account Manager to join our team in Japan . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, excellent communication skills, and experience in account management. As the main point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products, maximizing their business potential, managing the onboarding process, and overseeing technical and customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers in Japan, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the onboarding process from both product and technical perspectives, overseeing the process and delegating tasks to peers internally and externally.
  • Provide exceptional support and guidance to clients, helping them maximize the value of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address any issues or concerns to prevent churn.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the financial markets, to effectively advise clients.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer success metrics and project progress.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the financial markets sector.
  • Based in Japan
  • Fluent in English and Japanese.
  • B2B background is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to oversee processes and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
