Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Delivery Manager to oversee and coordinate the successful implementation of client-facing projects and internal initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution across teams and delivering value to clients on time and at the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Improvement & Best Practices: Develop, manage and refine a repeatable implementation methodology and working processes for Bridgewise Customer Experience group, leading to continually improving how Bridgewise delivers value, keeping in mind industry standards and client feedback.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of client onboarding projects, product integrations, and internal operational initiatives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (Product, R&D, Customer Success, Sales) and external partners or clients.
• Build and manage project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely execution.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and expectation management.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or related roles in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.

• Strong project management skills with hands-on experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives .

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Monday.com, or similar.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have:

• Background in fintech, capital markets, or financial data products.

• Experience with enterprise-level clients and technical integrations.

• PMP or other relevant certification.
