Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations within a B2B environment, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and revenue forecasting.
  • Experience with CRM systems, financial tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, Excel).
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Business Administration

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Own forecasting, Sales pipeline analysis, and revenue tracking to support data-driven decision-making
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the sales funnel.
  • Maintain and improve CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring data integrity, automating workflows, and supporting end-user adoption.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports and dashboards, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales leaders to ensure the team has the tools, content, and training necessary to close deals effectively.
  • Deliver data-driven insights on sales performance, win/loss trends, and pipeline health.
  • Monitor ARR/MRR growth, renewal rates, and expansion revenue trends to drive retention and upsell strategies.
