Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Research to serve as Bridgewise’s leading authority on financial content. You will lead a team of four analysts, setting the benchmark for quality, accuracy, and innovation in our research - operating at the nexus of deep market expertise and advanced technology. This role calls for a proven track record in financial research, the ability to lead with authority and influence, and the curiosity to embrace technology as a catalyst for better insight.

You Will

• Lead the Team: Mentor, inspire, and guide analysts to deliver exceptional results.
• Drive Analytical Excellence: Build, challenge, and refine financial models across asset classes.
• Integrate & Validate Data: Collaborate with tech teams to onboard, structure, and quality-check new datasets.
• Ensure Output Quality: Approve and validate technical deliverables from a financial perspective.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Oversight: Set professional standards, manage workflows, and act as the company’s go-to authority for financial analysis.
• Market & Asset Class Expertise: Monitor global markets and regulatory trends; build and validate models across equities, bonds, funds, and alternative assets.
  
  

Data & Technology Partnership: Oversee onboarding, integration, and validation of financial data into Bridgewise.

Requirements

• Industry Credibility: 10+ years in financial analysis or investment research with a proven record of achievement; recognized expertise or reputation in the industry is highly valued.
• Leadership Ability: Experience managing or mentoring analysts, with strong communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Tech-Ready Mindset: Comfortable working with technology-driven workflows.
