Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development within fintech,
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Strong B2B sales background, with the ability to build and manage client
- Native Thai speaker with fluency in English; additional language skills are a
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good business writing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying connected with the
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly motivated and driven by success, with a proactive and results-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business
- Team player with a collaborative approach to achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales
- Identify and engage with potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive
- Follow through on sales pipelines from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
- Understand our product offerings and solutions, and propose the right solutions to
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, preparing reports and sales presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and
- Represent Bridgewise Analytics at industry events, conferences, and networking
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform
- Travel as required for client meetings, events, and other business-related purposes.
