Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our client.

This role will be based in Bangkok and is responsible for expanding our market presence

in Thailand and, in the long term, across other regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong

background in sales and business development within the fintech, financial services, or

enterprise software sectors.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced

degrees are a plus.

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development within fintech,

financial services, or enterprise software solution selling.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong B2B sales background, with the ability to build and manage client

relationships effectively.

  • Native Thai speaker with fluency in English; additional language skills are a

significant advantage.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good business writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying connected with the

team and clients.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales

targets and expand market presence in Thailand and beyond.

  • Identify and engage with potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships

to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive

landscape.

  • Follow through on sales pipelines from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Understand our product offerings and solutions, and propose the right solutions to

clients.

  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, preparing reports and sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and

customer support, to ensure alignment and maximize business growth.

  • Represent Bridgewise Analytics at industry events, conferences, and networking

opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform

business strategies and drive continuous improvement.

  • Travel as required for client meetings, events, and other business-related purposes.
