Bridgewise is seeking a talented, proactive, and highly motivated Legal Counsel to join our legal team at Bridgewise’s headquarters in Ramat Gan.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Bridgewise’s corporate and commercial operations across multiple jurisdictions, handling a wide range of legal matters and partnering with internal stakeholders worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing fintech company and take part in shaping its global legal and compliance framework.
Requirements
Professional Experience & Qualifications
- LL.B. (or equivalent) from a leading academic institution.
- 2–3 years of post-internship experience as a lawyer in the commercial or corporate department of a leading law firm, or as in-house counsel in a global technology or fintech company.
- Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial and technology-related agreements (SaaS, procurement).
- Background or familiarity with corporate law, governance, privacy, or compliance — an advantage.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal (a significant portion of the work is conducted in English).
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
- Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new and complex areas of law.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to various corporate departments, including HR, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product and IT.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including procurement, vendor, SaaS, partnership, and service agreements, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
- Provide corporate legal support to the company’s subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide, including assistance with governance, board materials, and local compliance.
- Support the General Counsel on corporate governance, compliance programs, procedures, and policies.
- Remain current on applicable laws and regulations affecting data privacy, employment, and technology, and provide guidance to relevant teams.
