• 2-4 Years of experience
• CPA with a Big 4 firm experience
• Experience in high-tech industry (advantage)
• Experience in the consolidation process for a multinational Group
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently, but also as a collaborator on a team
• Fluent English, written and spoken

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Support external audit processes
• Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with regulatory compliance and tax-related filings
• Review and supervision of subsidiaries process of closing the reporting periods
• Preparation of periodic management results
