The Head of Talent Acquisition at Dream will lead our recruitment strategy, overseeing the talent acquisition team to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent both in Israel and in future global office. This role is pivotal in shaping our workforce and driving the company’s growth by implementing innovative recruitment practices and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the organization’s hiring needs and goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals to ensure they achieve their individual and team objectives.
  • Hands on recruitment for managerial roles, and other roles per need- including sourcing, managing full recruitment processes, conducting in depth behavioral interviews, and take an active part in the hiring decision.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce planning and design recruitment solutions that align with business strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to optimize the hiring process and improve efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to enhance candidate sourcing.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to ensure Dream is recognized as an employer of choice.
  • Manage the recruitment budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, from tech companies, preferably growing start ups.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and experience in analyzing data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse team and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
