The Dream Job

We are looking for a People Partner to join our HR team at Dream who is passionate about people, curious, hands-on, and eager to make an impact.

As a People partner, you will partner closely with team leads and employees, helping shape our people strategy, drive growth, and build an exceptional workplace where every Dreamer can maximize his potential.

The Dream-Maker Responsibilities

  • Elevate a culture of people centric, fresh ideas, curiosity, and creativity into everything you do.
  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor to teams leads and employees.
  • Design and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.

The Dream Skill Set

  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar people-facing role, preferably in a global fast-moving tech company that believes that people are the heart of every great company.
  • Proven experience supporting managers and teams through growth, change, and scaling processes.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development, talent management, and engagement practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A true team player who connects easily with others.
  • A curious mindset, growth orientation, and a genuine passion for people.
