We are on an expedition to find you, someone who is passionate about engaging with high-level governmental officials to deliver a premium standard of trust and partnership. This includes overseeing all aspects of the client’s activities, including hardware and software delivery, planning, coordination, testing, and system support, as well as leading regular status meetings.

• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Managing maintenance renewals, collections, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and company resources to meet client requirements.
• Maintaining financial control and oversight of the client’s system.
• Managing internal interfaces such as: Program, research, solution architects, support team.

Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• At least 10 years of experience managing global enterprise Clients in a Hi-tech company/governments
• Fluent in English. Strong English written and verbal communications skills
• Strong technical understanding and background.
• Additional languages is a big plus (specifically Arabic, French, Spanish)
• Proven presentations and client facing skills
