The Dream Job

We are on an expedition to find you, someone who is passionate about creating intuitive, out-of-this-world strategic multi-million-dollar, multi-year sales processes with governments and large enterprises.

In this role, you will become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding them through complex procurement cycles that include RFPs, compliance requirements, and multi-layered decision-making.

The Dream-Maker Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end global sales processes with government agencies and large enterprises.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building deep relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including tenders, RFPs, compliance, and procurement.
  • Navigate political and bureaucratic environments with tact and strategic understanding.
  • Maintain sales momentum throughout long and sophisticated deal cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with Dream’s leadership, product, and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs.

The Dream Skill Set

  • Proven experience in leading global sales processes with governments or large enterprises.
  • Track record of closing large, multi-million-dollar, multi-year deals.
  • Ability to manage complex, long sales cycles with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of RFPs, tenders, and compliance-driven processes.
  • Curiosity, fast learning ability, and professional intelligence to master Dream’s AI-driven cybersecurity domain.
  • Passion for cybersecurity, national defense, and protecting critical infrastructure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and political navigation skills when working with senior officials and executives.
