The Dream Job
We are looking for a hands-on IT System Administrator to join our IT team and take ownership of our internal IT environment. You will manage and support our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, endpoint devices (Windows & macOS), security and compliance, networking, and core SaaS applications.
The Dream-Maker Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day IT operations and act as a technical escalation point for complex end-user and system issues.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Intune, and SharePoint.
- Configure, support, and troubleshoot endpoint devices across Windows and macOS environments (Linux – advantage).
- Manage device security and compliance using MDM solutions across platforms (Windows and macOS).
- Support and maintain SaaS applications, including Jira, Zoom, Slack, and other business tools.
- Manage, operate, and troubleshoot firewall and VPN environments, including FW (FortiGate / FortiClient).
- Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation.
- Participate in IT projects, system improvements, and process automation using PowerShell and/or Bash.
The Dream Skill Set
- 3–5 years of experience as an IT System Administrator in a corporate or enterprise environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and Microsoft Defender (Endpoint and/or M365).
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing identity and access controls, including MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO.
- Proven experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
- Hands-on experience with Intune and at least one macOS MDM solution such as Kandji or Jamf.
- Experience operating FW firewall/VPN or similar enterprise-grade firewall solutions.
- Hands-on experience with core Azure services in identity and IT operations (e.g., Entra ID, basic networking, security policies).
- Familiarity with modern remote access concepts such as Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and VPN alternatives – advantage.
- Experience working with ITSM tools.
- Ability to write operational scripts in PowerShell (required); Bash – advantage.
- Strong self-learning ability, capable of independently researching, testing, and adopting new technologies and solutions.
- Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users.
