We are on an expedition to find you, someone who is passionate about creating intuitive, out-of-this-world execution and delivery. You will own the squads delivery and processes reporting directly to the Director of Program Management, collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Research and Product teams to drive successful execution of squad deliverables.

• Lead and manage multiple squads, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output
• Partner with the Product Manager and R&D Manager to oversee the end-to-end development process for our cybersecurity solutions
• Collaborate with the Director of Program Management to align squad goals with overall company objectives
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Implement and optimize agile methodologies to enhance team performance and product delivery

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management within the high-tech industry, with a focus on R&D
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Proficiency in agile project management methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and departments to ensure alignment and synergy Experience with Jira for project management and workflow optimization
• Comprehensive understanding of both cloud and on-premise environments
• Experience in a role within the cybersecurity industry
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications
