We’re looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality software and solving complex technical challenges. In this role, you'll design and develop production-grade Python services that integrate with third-party devices and platforms, enabling reliable data collection at scale. The systems you build will power our AI platform, providing the critical data foundation behind our products.

• Design and deliver production-grade, high-quality and robust code.
• Research a wide range of software and network devices to find the best data collection solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and expand Dream’s collection portfolio.
• Prioritize collection capabilities together with our product team based on customer’s needs and define milestones.
• Work effectively within a team, contributing to a collaborative and innovative development environment.

• 5+ years of experience with large-scale backend development, with a strong emphasis on Python.
• Understand and troubleshoot networking and routing, with deep knowledge of TCP/UDP protocols.
• Strong software design and debugging capabilities.
• Able to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience with virtualization tools and containers.
• Analytical thinking.
