Role Overview
We're seeking a Senior Data Scientist who thrives at the intersection of mathematics, machine learning, and financial technology. You'll play a pivotal role in developing our next-generation FP&A platform, working on everything from GenAI applications to our proprietary calculation engine. This is an opportunity to shape the future of financial planning through innovative data science solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement GenAI agents for automated financial analysis and reporting
Build intelligent automation systems that streamline FP&A workflows
Develop and deploy time series forecasting models for financial planning
Build classical prediction models for various financial metrics and KPIs
Implement Monte Carlo simulations for risk analysis and scenario planning
Optimize model performance and ensure scalability across large datasets
Contribute to our proprietary IP calculation engine using NumPy and Numba
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields with proven track record of delivering production-ready data science solutions
Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or related quantitative field
Strong mathematical foundation, particularly in linear algebra and statistical modeling
Expert-level Python proficiency with deep knowledge of NumPy ecosystem
Builder mentality - you love creating solutions and shipping features quickly
Dual interest in both GenAI applications and traditional machine learning approaches
Financial domain curiosity - eager to understand and solve complex financial problems
Technical Skills
Required: Python, NumPy, statistical modeling, machine learning fundamentals, Experience with LLMs, agent framework
Advantage: Numba, financial modeling, time series analysis, Monte Carlo methods, PyTorch, deep learning frameworks
