Fintastic is building the most advanced and scalable FP&A platform on the market, already replacing legacy solutions at industry leaders in the US and Europe.
We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations and HR Manager to ensure smooth ongoing operations and help us attract, retain, and support the exceptional talent driving our success.
This is a full-time on-site position in our Tel-Aviv office.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all HR activities end-to-end: sourcing, recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and well-being initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations Including vendor relationships and payments, office budgets, bank accounts, compliance and purchasing of supplies and services.
- Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and offsites.
What We’re Looking For:
- MUST HAVE previous experience in a similar single-function role at an early-stage, fast-paced startup.
- Native English speaker or native-level proficiency in reading, writing, and professional communication.
