Role Overview: IT Manager
We’re looking for a proactive, service-oriented IT Manager to join our growing team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you'll ensure seamless day-to-day IT operations across the company — including hardware, software, network infrastructure, and SaaS tools. You’ll take ownership of technical onboarding and offboarding, system access management, procurement, and hands-on troubleshooting in a primarily Mac environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting others, and takes pride in delivering top-notch IT service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support to employees across the organization, managing help desk operations and ticket resolution.
- Maintain and troubleshoot a Mac-based environment, including device setup, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes: manage accounts, permissions, device handover, and IT orientation.
- Manage vendor relationships and lead negotiations for SaaS renewals, manage licenses, subscriptions, and platform access across the company.
- Lead procurement and inventory of IT equipment (laptops, monitors, cables, and meeting room tech).
- Oversee the office’s internet infrastructure and ensure a secure and reliable network environment.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience in a Help Desk role, including ticket management and technical troubleshooting.
- Proficient in managing Mac OS environments, SaaS platforms, and user provisioning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew — required.
- Strong service orientation with exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with hardware/software procurement and vendor negotiations.
- Full-time, on-site position: 5 days a week at our Tel Aviv office.
