About the role
We’re looking for a psychology professional to join our advisory faculty board and help shape courses within our asynchronous online Associate programs. This project-based role focuses on creating and refining academic materials that reflect psychological expertise and uphold rigorous scholarly standards. You’ll play a key role in designing engaging learning experiences that encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and meaningful academic discussion.
Key responsibilities
- Review and refine academic content while tailoring it to industry needs.
- Design and develop course structures that translate theory into practice.
- Create asynchronous materials that drive active engagement and professional relevance.
Qualifications
- At least a Master’s degree in Psychology from an accredited U.S. institution - a must.
- 5+ years of professional experience in psychology practice, research, or applied settings, and/or proven teaching experience at a top-tier U.S. university - a must.
- Strong self-management and clear written communication.
Contract terms
- Type: Temporary adjunct employment (Project-based).
- Location: Remote.
