Masterschool is an applied education research lab on a mission to unlock human potential. What you’ll do

• Help shape and continuously improve our courses as part of a growing, AI-native academic team
• Support students in discussion boards to deepen understanding and keep momentum
• Review exams and assessments to help set a clear academic quality bar
• Respond to academic support tickets with clear guidance and content clarification

Who we’re looking for

• BA or Associate degree in Software Engineering (or related field) with hands-on industry experience
• Strong written communication with a student-first mindset
• Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working asynchronously
• Excited to help redefine higher education in an AI-driven world
