NEXT’s mission is to help entrepreneurs thrive. We’re doing that by building the only technology-led, full-stack provider of small business insurance in the industry, taking on the entire value chain and transforming the customer experience.

Simply put, wherever you find small businesses, you’ll find NEXT.

Since 2016, we’ve helped hundreds of thousands of small business customers across the United States get fast, customized and affordable coverage. We’re backed by industry leaders in insurance and tech, and we still have room to grow — that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Israel. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who loves recruiting and sees it as both an operational craft and a strategic partnership.

You’ll lead end-to-end hiring for our Israel site while also supporting select global roles when needed. You’ll be a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leaders, bringing deep market knowledge, structure, and insight to help them make great hiring decisions.

As part of NEXT’s Global Talent team, you’ll work closely with leaders across functions and geographies, playing a key role in building high-performing, diverse, and values-aligned teams that power our mission to help small businesses thrive.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across the Israel site.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, design sourcing strategies, and ensure smooth hiring processes.

  • Conduct thorough interviews and HR value-fit assessments to evaluate alignment with NEXT’s culture, team dynamics, and leadership style.

  • Perform structured reference checks to ensure quality and consistency in hiring decisions.

Act as a Strategic Talent Advisor

  • Educate and guide hiring managers on market trends, compensation insights, and talent availability.

  • Provide thought partnership when expectations are misaligned with market realities, helping leaders make informed, balanced decisions.

  • Collaborate with global TA peers to share insights, best practices, and candidate pipelines.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Bring rigor, structure, and organization to recruiting processes while maintaining flexibility for unique hiring needs.

  • Maintain accurate data and metrics in our ATS to support transparency and compliance.

  • Track and optimize KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

Deliver an Exceptional Experience

  • Create an inclusive and positive experience for every candidate, from first interaction to offer stage.

  • Communicate clearly and with empathy, ensuring all stakeholders feel supported and informed.

  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve both candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.

Collaborate Across the People Team

  • Partner with Compensation & Benefits to align offers with market data and maintain pay equity.

  • Work closely with DEI and People Experience teams to ensure fairness, inclusivity, and belonging in all hiring practices.

  • Collaborate with People Partners to align talent strategies with broader organizational and team goals.

What We Need:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth or global tech environments.

  • Proven ability to recruit for Israel-based roles, with experience supporting global hiring a strong advantage.

  • Expertise in HR interviewing to assess cultural and value alignment for both company and team fit.

  • Strong organizational and operational discipline, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Strategic and consultative mindset with the ability to influence and build trust with leaders.

  • Hands-on approach — energized by both execution and improvement.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.

  • Fluent in English and Hebrew.

Unstoppable Qualities:

  • Inclusive and curious: You believe great talent comes in many forms and approach every candidate with openness and respect.
  • Collaborative and humble: You’re approachable, team-oriented, and focused on collective success.
  • Results-driven: You balance speed and quality to deliver impact that lasts.

Interviews are generally conducted via Zoom video conference unless the candidate requests other accommodations.

Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that some underrepresented people are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At NEXT, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
