Your central role

  • Global development, steering and implementation of processes and activities in DEI-management and in alignment with the Munich RE DEI strategy, involving stakeholders who are locally responsible for these processes
  • Execution of global collaboration using communities of practice (DEI experts)
  • Advising and supporting board members and other managers in the context of DEI
  • Selecting, coordinating and managing external providers for the design of diversity management, as well as maintaining and expanding internal and external networks
  • Designing and implementing diversity-related support measures

Your profile

  • Master's degree (in economics or social sciences), ideally with a focus on human resources
  • Several years of experience in Human Resources and/or Diversity Management
  • High level of expertise in human resources processes and fundamental HR issues, as well as basic knowledge of project management
  • High sense of responsibility, budget orientation and effective working style as a cooperation partner for project stakeholders and managers
  • First-class communication skills, high level of enthusiasm and a convincing manner appropriate to the situation and target group
  • Self-reflective attitude and a high degree of results and solution orientation
  • Fluent English, intercultural thinking and acting and demonstrating a global mindset (ideally based on experience from an extended stay abroad)
