Title: Junior Logistics Analyst

Location: Los Angeles, California (In office Monday-Friday)

The Role:

Sunbit is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Logistics Analyst to support day-to-day logistics operations, field coordination, and process improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for monitoring operational workflows, maintaining data accuracy, supporting inventory and activation logistics, and helping drive efficient communication across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.

What You’ll own:

  • Monitor and support daily logistics operations, including shipment tracking, inventory movement, activations, and fulfillment processes
  • Analyze logistics data and operational trends to identify inefficiencies, delays, or process improvement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting within internal systems and tracking tools
  • Assist with coordinating field team logistics and equipment distribution
  • Partner with Operations, Field Teams, Customer Support, and external vendors to resolve logistics-related issues and escalations
  • Track inventory levels and assist with reconciliation efforts to ensure accuracy and accountability
  • Support ticket management and escalation workflows through systems such as Salesforce
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-through on operational tasks and cross-functional requests

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or an analytical role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and operational systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes and equipment weighing 25+ lbs as part of daily logistics and operational responsibilities.
  • Experience with CRM, ticketing, or logistics platforms (Salesforce, inventory systems, etc.) is a plus

How We Pay:

  • We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to previous experience, relevant work history, interview performance, geographical location, internal equity, and expected level of ownership.
  • We are targeting an hourly rate of $26.00 - $28.00 for this role
  • This role will also be granted company equity via stock options
