We’re looking for a Partnership Manager to accelerate our momentum in Europe. Based in our Amsterdam office, you’ll lead the growth of Tipalti’s Digital & Tech Partner Ecosystem across the EU. Your focus: building deep alliances with the platforms shaping the future of Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Management, Royalties, and E-learning.

Founded in Israel in 2010, Tipalti is a global business headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area (Foster City) with offices in Tel Aviv, Plano, Toronto, Vancouver, London, Amsterdam and Tbilisi.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead the execution of Tipalti’s global Alliances strategy across Europe, tailoring and localizing our approach to suit the unique needs of the region and its digital ecosystem.
  • Identify, engage, and manage strategic partnerships across high-growth digital verticals, including AdTech, Affiliate Networks, Influencer Platforms, Online Marketplaces, E-learning, Royalties, and the broader Creator and Gig Economies.
  • Drive consistent partner-sourced pipeline growth by enabling partner sales teams, activating joint marketing campaigns, attending key industry events, and cultivating ongoing executive alignment.
  • Develop deep multi-level relationships across partner organizations, from executive sponsors to sales and marketing leaders, to unlock co-selling and scalable go-to-market success.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Integration Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, to ensure successful partner onboarding and deal execution.
  • Maintain full accountability for partner-generated revenue and deliver regular performance updates and pipeline forecasts through Salesforce and internal reporting tools.

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS/technology-focused Business Development, Partnerships, or Alliances roles, ideally within fast-moving digital or fintech sectors.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing strategic partner deals, with measurable impact on pipeline growth and revenue contribution.
  • Strong commercial mindset and a results-driven approach; comfortable setting targets and consistently hitting or exceeding them.
  • Deep understanding of digital business models and monetization strategies within Music, Gaming, AdTech, Affiliate, Influencer, or E-learning ecosystems.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to sell the vision and value of Tipalti’s partner ecosystem and get partners emotionally and commercially invested.
  • Builder mentality: proactive, innovative, and eager to test new approaches while maintaining focus on long-term goals.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously across a variety of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel across the EMEA region (approx. 10%) for partner meetings and events.
  • Energetic, persuasive, consultative, and competitive, driven to win and passionate about partner success.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
