In this role, you will be responsible for:

You’ll drive the architecture, design, and implementation of our platform’s frontend experience, ensuring it’s both scalable and elegant. But just as importantly—you’ll get into the room with VPs, C-level execs, and architects, and you’llown the narrative. You’ll inspire, challenge, and guide decisions across the company.

• Take a key part in the design and development of platform-wide frontend architecture and frameworks.
  
  
• Mentor and grow engineers, building a culture of excellence and autonomy.
  
  
• Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to shape the platform vision.
  
  
• Influence cross-org decisions—communicating ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

About you

• • 7+ years of frontend engineering experience, experience in leadership roles is a bonus.
    
    
  • Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend ecosystems.
    
    
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset—balancing speed with scalability.
    
    
  • Exceptional communication skills; you can simplify the complex and win hearts and minds.
    
    
  • Experience driving architectural change across multiple teams or products.
