What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and development of full-stack features, focusing on backend (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js) and front-end (React).

• Build and own new features in our core product from concept through production—delivering real impact at scale.

• Ensure code excellence by producing readable, testable, and maintainable software.

• Architect scalable systems that perform smoothly under heavy load.

• Identify and address technical and business challenges, proactively proposing and implementing solutions.

• Drive re-architecture initiatives to enable future scalability and performance.

• Mentor and guide developers, sharing best practices in coding, testing, and system design to foster a collaborative, high-performing team.

About You

• Passionate about software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.

• Experienced with microservice architecture and distributed systems.

• Strong server-side development expertise with Node.js.

• Skilled with databases (SQL, MongoDB) and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).

• Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and driving continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams.

• A strong sense of ownership and accountability for technical direction and operational excellence.
