Business Operations Analyst

We’re looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This role blends business analysis, process improvement, and data visualization to help drive efficient operations and informed decision-making across the Card organization. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Data Analytics

  • Manage and process operational, customer, and supplier data with accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Execute and troubleshoot macros and scripts in Excel or Google Sheets to create customized analyses using standard business assumptions.
  • Leverage AI tools and machine learning–driven analytics to automate data preparation, identify patterns, and enhance insight generation.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Conduct recurring and ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Refine and interpret analytical outputs into polished, business-ready visualizations and presentations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Transform and visualize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Process Improvement / Operational Efficiency

  • Collaborate across the team to streamline reporting processes, enhance data workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and implement automation projects to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy through data integration and AI-driven process optimization tools.
  • Build and refine scalable processes for consistent, high-quality data reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Use AI-assisted solutions to monitor performance trends, detect anomalies, and recommend process enhancements.
  • Support leadership and business partners with timely analyses, KPI tracking, and performance reporting aligned with organizational goals.
  • Balance multiple stakeholder requests while meeting SLA requirements and maintaining precision and quality.
  • Automate workflows and integrate data sources.
  • Build scalable reporting frameworks.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving tools, priorities, and business needs while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business operations, analytics, or a similar role.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, macros, scripts).
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, dashboard management, and data integration.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI Copilot, and Python-based AI/ML tools for data analysis, reporting, or process optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking ability.
  • Proven capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities independently in a fast-paced setting.
