The Sales Enablement Partner for Onboarding and SDR teams is crucial in supporting Tipalti's customer-facing teams to drive long-term growth and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful ramp-up of new Go-To-Market (GTM) hires while also delivering continuous learning programs for our SDR organization.

Founded in Israel in 2010, Tipalti is a global business headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area (Foster City) with offices in Tel Aviv, Plano, Toronto, Vancouver, London, Amsterdam, Tbilisi and Medellin.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Design and deliver in partnership with the other Sales Enablement Partners, a comprehensive New Hire Onboarding Program for Go-To-Market roles including SDR’s, Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, Alliance Managers, and Account Managers.
  • Provide dedicated enablement support for the SDR team, integrating training and support into their daily workflows, focusing specifically on prospecting skills, qualification, and pipeline generation.
  • Design and update all core training content (products, process, methodology), ensuring it meets the team's evolving needs and integrates information from various internal and external sources.
  • Continuously improve and refine enablement processes, onboarding structure, and content delivery methods to maximize team success and efficiency.
  • Align enablement initiatives with product launches, marketing campaigns, and key internal events to ensure relevance and maximum organizational impact.
  • Collaborate with the broader Enablement team to develop GTM Playbooks, methodologies, processes, and best practices to streamline sales motions and improve outcomes across all revenue-generating teams.
  • Establish ongoing and effective communication with GTM teams and management to ensure alignment and continued growth.
  • Develop and implement targeted learning plans specifically for SDRs to ensure they have the essential skills and tools needed to meet pipeline and quality goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

About you

  • 5+ years of sales training and enablement experience, specifically within a Sales Development or GTM Onboarding function.
  • Proven experience as an SDR, AE, or Account Manager in a SaaS and/or consumption-based selling environment is highly preferred.
  • Experience in coaching, training, and enablement for a software company's GTM teams, with demonstrable success in reducing the ramp time for new hires.
  • Proven ability to translate complex concepts, product knowledge, and business value into explicit, actionable training content that resonates across field teams.
  • Strong coaching and sales skills, with a focus on improving prospecting and increasing pipeline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver high-impact content in various formats (live, virtual, asynchronous).
  • Ability to initiate and build relationships with team members and stakeholders in an approachable and supportive manner.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities, high demands, and the fast-paced nature of a rapidly growing company.
  • Familiarity with the full GTM tech stack, including tools used for prospecting and sales execution such as Salesforce (SFDC), Outreach/SalesLoft, Clari, ZoomInfo, and Confluence.
  • Experience developing annual enablement strategies and training calendars for high-growth GTM teams.
  • Knowledge of learning methodologies and best practices for training and development.
  • Previous accounting or finance experience is a plus, but not required.

Base Salary Range: $82,000 - $102,000 CAD annually.

Bonus: Target bonus is 10% of base salary. Bonus entitlement is based on a combination of organizational results, individual performance, and relative contribution, as assessed by Tipalti in its sole discretion, to be formalized and communicated to you following your start date.

Final compensation will be determined through individual assessment of experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-relevant factors.
