We’re looking for an organized, creative, and genuinely people-focused Office Manager & Employee Experience Partner to join our team and help shape an exceptional workplace experience. We’re seeking someone who truly loves working with people, understands what drives them, and brings high energy, positivity, and ownership into everything they do. Someone who takes processes and elevates them- always thinking about how to make every interaction and experience better. This role sits at the heart of the company and has a real impact on our culture and day-to-day environment. This role reports directly to the VP HR.
What You’ll Do?
Office & Workplace Management
- Lead all daily office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming work environment
- Manage vendor relationships, service providers, and building management
- Own office equipment, maintenance, supplies, and facility needs
- Drive workplace improvements that enhance comfort, productivity, and company culture
- Oversee health & safety processes and compliance
- Manage budgets related to office operations
Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate domestic and international travel including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and approvals
- Manage travel changes, and communication with employees
Employee Experience & HR Support
- Plan and execute company events, celebrations, offsites, and engagement activities
- Support onboarding of new employees- preparing workstations, welcome kits, office orientation, and cross-team coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for employee needs related to workplace, wellbeing, and day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with HR on culture-building initiatives, internal communications, and employee engagement projects
- Provide administrative support to leadership when needed
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in office management, operations, or employee experience roles
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience working with suppliers, scheduling, budget handling, and logistics
Service-oriented, proactive, and positive personality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
