About Venn

Venn is a fast-growing technology company transforming the relationship between renters and multifamily operators. Our platform seamlessly connects every aspect of apartment living- rent payments, events, services, maintenance, and community engagement-creating a lifestyle co-pilot for residents and an engagement engine for operators.

By leveraging resident behavioral data, Venn delivers personalized experiences at scale, driving long-term loyalty and unlocking new revenue opportunities.

We’re trusted by industry leaders like Related Companies and Bozzuto, alongside seasoned real estate veterans. We’re not just building software, we’re redefining how people experience home.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced FP&A Director to own and lead Venn’s financial planning and analysis function end-to-end.

This is a highly impactful, hands-on role at the heart of the business, reporting directly to the CFO and partnering closely with the leadership team. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, while acting as a strategic advisor to the organization, turning data into insights, insights into decisions, and decisions into growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys full ownership, thrives in a fast-growing SaaS environment, and wants to combine analytical excellence with real business influence.

What You’ll Do

  • Own company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans
  • Build, maintain, and evolve financial models to support growth, hiring, scenario planning, and strategic initiatives
  • Lead Budget vs. Actual (BvA) analysis and deliver clear, actionable insights to management
  • Act as a business partner to Product, R&D, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success
  • Provide real-time financial guidance around costs, revenue, headcount, and prioritization
  • Own cash management, runway planning, burn analysis, and risk flagging
  • Work closely with Accounting to support monthly and quarterly closes, including accruals and financial accuracy
  • Prepare management and board-level materials, KPIs, and executive-ready presentations
  • Support fundraising and investor reporting, including models, data rooms, and ongoing investor updates
  • Define, track, and analyze SaaS KPIs and unit economics (ARR, CAC, LTV, payback, margins, cohorts)
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting as the company scales

Who You Are

  • A senior FP&A / Strategic Finance professional who is comfortable owning things end-to-end
  • Equally strong in hands-on execution and strategic thinking
  • Able to translate complex financial data into clear, simple, and compelling business insights
  • A trusted partner to leadership, with the confidence to challenge, advise, and influence
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance, ideally in SaaS or high-growth tech
  • Proven ownership of budgets, forecasts, and financial models
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and P&L (both revenue and expenses)
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (FP&A tools and BI systems- a plus)
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership
  • Fluent in Hebrew & English

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting fundraising rounds or investor relations
  • Background in SaaS, PropTech, or marketplace businesses
  • Experience building or scaling an FP&A function
