What You’ll Do Here

  • Manage and optimize the utilization of mortgage warehouse lines of credit to ensure efficient funding for mortgage loans.
  • Maintain accurate records of the number of loans allocated to each warehouse line.
  • Track and manage the repayment of mortgage loans, ensuring timely and accurate repayment of principal and interest.
  • Review and verify all mortgage loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and title companies to resolve any outstanding issues or discrepancies.
  • Prepare and assemble closing packages, including closing disclosures and settlement statements.
  • Coordinate with the title company and other stakeholders to schedule and conduct loan closings.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company policies and regulations.
  • Disburse funds accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for audit purposes.

What you Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in financial analysis
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and organizational priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during the closing process.
