We are looking for passionate BackEnd Software Engineer to join our Flights group in the TLV site.
The backend services you will build serve millions of customers across the globe. You will get to work with a highly motivated team delivering features at a fast pace. The services are mission critical for our users to pay, book and expense their trips within seconds. You will be part of continuously improving culture that values craftsmanship and developer productivity.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement core services and APIs
• Support and develop a highly reliable and resilient application
• Own engineering initiatives for multiple backend components and projects
• Deliver impactful product features
• Ensure the quality of the features you built, follow-up on usage/issues post release.
• Collaborate with product team, designers and other engineers

What We're Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience in BE development using Java
• Experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate or similar ORM technologies
• Strong programming skills and CS fundamentals
• Eager to learn and grow to be an expert in the Travel domain
• Deep understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Strong sense of ownership demonstrated through shipping production-quality code equipped with testing, monitoring and documentation
• Passion for investigating and solving problems and learning new tools and technologies
• Excellent communication skills working with stakeholders and domain experts across the company to design solutions to user problems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with AWS and/or distributed systems is a plus
