Navan continues to grow globally, launching on new points of sale and across multiple GDS platforms. As a Configurations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring our systems are properly configured to support global travel operations. You’ll collaborate with GDS and NDC partners, global fulfillment teams, and air, hotel, and car suppliers to configure, maintain, and optimize settings across platforms and internal tools.
This role is ideal for someone with deep GDS expertise who thrives on solving complex configuration challenges, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is motivated by enabling seamless launches in new markets.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead configuration for new points of sale, including ordering and setting up PCCs/OIDs with GDS partners and completing IATA documentation.
- Configure, test, and maintain supplier and client settings across GDS and internal systems to ensure accuracy and scalability.
- Create and execute test plans to validate configuration requirements, document issues, and partner with teams to resolve them.
- Manage supplier data (current and future) and monitor the health of supplier connections, proactively addressing issues.
- Oversee GDS security settings, bridging, and access agreements.
- Manage agent access, permissions, and configurations within GDS platforms and agent tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners on questions, escalations, and investigations related to configurations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on GDS experience in Sabre and Amadeus, with deep expertise in:
- Sabre PCC TJR configurations
- Amadeus OID configurations
- Security bridging and access agreements
- Agent EPR and related GDS setup
- Experience managing global fulfillment/BPO partners and multiple points of sale.
- Strong understanding of industry practices related to public and negotiated airfares, branded fares, fare families, hotel rates/amenities, and corporate negotiated rates.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player who fosters knowledge sharing and cross-functional support.
- Experience with JIRA and Google Workspace tools is a plus.
