We are redefining the travel industry with a truly autonomous platform powered by proprietary Agentic AI. As the Automation Infrastructure Owner, you will architect and scale the multidisciplinary testing systems that validate our mission-critical AI workflows across iOS, Android, Web and Microservices. This is a high-scale, distributed environment where you will own the integration, performance, and quality of our agentic travel solution, ensuring a seamless and reliable experience for a platform trusted by major enterprises
What You’ll Do
  • Infrastructure Ownership: You will be the primary owner and architect of the automation infrastructure for the entire department. You’ll build, scale, and maintain the unified frameworks that validate our Agentic Travel Product across iOS, Android, Web, and our microservices backend.
  • Solve the Integration Puzzle: You will manage the complexity of a multidisciplinary distributed system. You’ll ensure that the agentic solution interacts flawlessly with internal microservices and external travel APIs, maintaining a seamless flow of data from the backend to the user’s device.
  • Lead Performance & Quality: In the world of autonomous agents, latency is a failure. You will own the performance testing infrastructure and set the "Gold Standard" for test quality, ensuring high-signal results and lightning-fast feedback loops in our CI/CD pipelines.
  • Deepen Agentic Quality: You will dive deep into the world of agentic systems. You will research and implement the methodologies required to test reasoning loops, tool-calling, and non-deterministic outputs, defining what "Quality" looks like for the future of travel.
  • Empower the Department: You aren't just writing tests; you are building the machinery that enables the entire engineering team. You will proactively identify bottlenecks in the deployment pipeline and engineer the infrastructure to eliminate them.
What We’re Looking For
  • Automation Infrastructure Owner: You have 5+ years of experience specifically in testing and building automation infrastructure for high-scale distributed systems. You understand how to verify complex data flows and microservice contracts.
  • The Multidisciplinary Expert: You have a proven track record of building automation infrastructure that spans Mobile (iOS/Android), Web, and Backend Microservices. You are a "Full-Stack" Quality Engineer who can move across the stack with ease.
  • The "Owner" Mindset: You are self-directed and thrive when given a blank canvas. You don't wait for a manual; you see a problem in the infrastructure and you engineer a solution that scales.
Agentic Systems Quality Automation (Nice to Have): Experience or a deep technical foundation in automating the quality of agentic systems, LLM-based applications, or probabilistic workflows. If you don't have this yet, you must have the "Systems Thinking" to master it quickly.
